Cosy Rip Socks

This pattern is simple and classic, and a great first socks project for beginners hence it uses a worsted weight yarn instead of fingering which is more difficult for some newbies, even expert knitters need some easy peasy project every now and then You can find a pdf paid version of the pattern in ravelry for 3$ only Materials 60g of any worsted weight yarn 5mm / 80cm or 100cm circular needle Notions: Scissor, 2 Markers, Darning needle Gauge 16.5 sts x 24 rows = 10cm Size 22.5cm x 10cm Abbreviations K: knit P: purl k2tog: knit two together W&T: wrap and turn around next stitch Rep: Repeat PM: put marker M: marker Sl: slip stitch St:  stitch Sts: stitches Note W&T in a knit stitch: sl next stitch to right needle with yarn in back, bring yarn in front, sl back stitch to left needle, bring yarn to back and turn your work W&T in a purl stitch: sl next stitch to right needle with yarn in front, bring yarn to back, sl back stitch to left needle, bring yarn to front and turn yo

Fairy Fly Pouch Bag




The fairy fly bag is an easy and lovely project, it worked spiral in one piece from the base to the top, the yarn used to create it gives it durability and elegance, its simply charming with all the little fairy flies.

6.0mm hook to be used with paper soft yarn
3.5mm hook to be used with baby one yarn
Darning needle

Note: Single crochet in this project is worked from the v shape not in the loops, as you can see in the pictures, some sc will be worked normally as instructed 

 this picture is only demonstrating how to work the sc from the v shape and its not part of the pattern



Abbreviation
Ch: Chain
Sc: Single Crochet
PM: Put Marker
Sl: Slip Stitch
P: popcorn (5 dc)
BBL: back back loop

Sp: Sporadic puff: working on the five ch spaces we created in the last 4 rows, yo, pull up a loop from 1st space, yo, pull up a loop from 2nd space, yo, pull up a loop from 3rd space, yo, pull up a loop from 4th space, yo, pull up a loop from 5th space, yo, pull up a loop through all








Pattern instructions

Note: whole project worked in spiral
Round 1: with purple yarn, ch28, 2sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 25 sts, 5sc in next st, sc in next 25 sts, 3sc in last st, PM. (60 sts)
Round 2: 2sc in next 2 sts, sc in next 25 sts, 2sc in next 5 st, sc in next 25 sts, 2sc in last 3 sts.. (70 sts)
Round 3: (2sc, 1sc) twice, sc in next 25 sts, (2sc, 1sc) 5 times, sc in next 25 sts, (2sc, 1sc) 3 times. (80 sts)
Round 4-5: from this round on work the sc in the v space as shown in the picture unless otherwise instructed for a normal sc, sc in each st across.
Round 6: *sc in next 3 sts, ch1, skip 1 st,  sc in next 4sts, rep from * to the end
Round 7: *sc in next 2 sts, ch1 skip 1 st, sc in next ch space, ch1, skip 1 st, sc in next 3 sts, rep from * to the end
Round 8: *sc, ch1, skip 1 st, sc in next ch space, sc in next st, sc in next ch space, ch1, skip 1 st, sc in next 2 sts, rep from * to the end
Round 9: sc in each st across.



Round 10: with white and 3.5mm hk, sl in next 3 sts, *sp, sl in next 8 sts in which the first stitch will be hidden by the sp, rep from * to last 5 sts, sl in last 5 sts. Don’t cut the yarn, secure open st with a marker.
Note: making the sl in the BBL can avoid the white color of being visible in every row you made with white.






Round 11: with purple yarn, working on round 9 *sc in 2 sts, normal sc in next sts which is hidden before sp, ch1, normal sc in next sts which is hidden after sp, sc in next 3 sts, rep from * to the end
Round 12: with white and 3.5mm hk, *sl in 4 sts, P in sp from round 10, sl in next 4 sts, rep from to the end.



Round 13: with purple yarn, working on round 11 *sc in 3 sts, ch1, skip next P,  sc in 4 sts, Rep from * to the end
Round 14 : *sc in 3 sts, sc in next ch space, sc in next 4 sts, Rep from * to the end
Round 15 – 16: sc in each st across
Round 17: *sc in 7 sts, ch1, skip 1 st,  Rep from * to the end
Round 18: *sc in 6 sts, ch1, skip 1 st,  sc in next ch space, ch1, skip 1 st,  sc in next 4 sts
Round 19: sc, *sc in next 5 sts, ch1, skip next st, sc in next ch space, ch1, skip next st, Rep from * to the end, last repeat ends with sc, ch1
Round 20: skip 1 st, sc in next st, *sc in 3 sts, ch1, skip next st, sc in next ch space, sc in next st, sc in next ch space, ch1, skip next st, rep from * to the end last repeat ends with sc, ch1
Round 21: skip 1 st, *sc in next 3 sts, sc in next ch space, Rep from * to the end
Round 22: with white and 3.5mm hk, sl in next 6 sts, *sp, sl in next 2 sts in which the first stitch will be hidden by the sp, rep from * to the end. Don’t cut the yarn, secure open st with a marker.
Round 23: sc in 4 sts, normal sc in next st, ch1, normal sc in next st, sc in next st, Rep from * to the end
Round 24: with white and 3.5mm hk, *sl in 6 sts, P in sp from round 10, sl in next 2 sts, rep from to the end.
Round 25: with purple yarn, *sc in 5 sts, ch1, skip next P,  sc in 2 sts, Rep from * to the end

Round 34: with purple yarn, *sc, ch1, sc in next 6 sts, Rep from * to the end
Round 35: with white and 3.5mm hk, *sl in 2 sts, p in ps from round 33, sl in next 6 sts, Rep from * to the end
Round 36: with purple yarn, *sc, ch1, , skip next P, sc in next 6 sts, Rep from * to the end
Round 37: *sc, sc in next ch space, sc in next 6 sts, Rep from * to the end
Round 38 - 39: sc in each st across
Round 40: Sl in each st around

The handle strap
Row 1: Ch 60, sc in second ch, sc in each st across
Row 2-3: ch1, sc in each st across, cut yarn leaving enough length for sewing



Using the purple yarn and a darning needle, run through each side of the strap as shown in the pictures



Fold the strap in half, sew it with a darning needle using the tail



Lining the bag
  1. Cut the fabric size 41.5 * 33 cm (or to the size of your own bag
  2. Sew the zipper in both side
  3.  Fold the fabric and sew a line in the open sides
  4. Put the lining inside the bag and sew it by hand using a needle and a thread
