This Quran cover is worked in the round using fair isle technique and then steeked open and seamed in the edges to be able to cover it from both sides
Materials
Alize cotton and bamboo duet in shades 661 (salmon) and 132 (blue)
You will need approximately / 37g main colour / 22g contrasting colour
2.0mm circular needles
Notions: Scissor, Darning needle, Markers

39 sts x 44 rows = 10cm
Size
20x24cm before steeking for Quran measurement 20x14x2.5cm

Note: the width depends on your Quran size, make more stitch repeats then the actual Quran size which will be folded to the inside after steeking

Follow the chart or the written pattern bellow repeating all rounds until length matches your Quran considering adding 3 more rnds for the upper border
Note: you can stop your repeat at any rnd according to your Quran but it is preferable to stop in rnd 36 or rnd 18
Note: Start each round with the steek sts (1mc, 1cc, 1mc, 1cc, 1mc, 1cc, 1mc) following by the instruction or chart for each round
